Cottage...iversary??

Inspired by Ginny's post about her 1-year house-iversary, and also shamed into adding to my blog by Person Who Shall Remain Nameless (ginny) I thought I'd copy-cat a bit.
I've been in New Hampshire for just over a year now, and it's been quite a journey! I still can't quite believe I was brave enough to just leap into this new life...but pretty glad I mustered up the courage to do it! I still love it here, and can't believe I wasted so many years hating my job and being miserable w/that part of my life!
My new cottage was finished in March and I love it. These pictures were taken then...some things have changed, but I can't find the cord thingie for my camera in order to upload more recent pics. Last I saw it, Violet was dragging it under the bed and I was saying to myself "I really should do something about that before she loses that for me." Ummmmm.....
Please ignore the lack of tidyness...I try, and usually fail, to declutter things. My house is hygenic (usually) but rarely tidy! :)
